NO-BAKE SAND CASTING

Our no-bake sand casting molds have a quick-setting liquid resin, and a catalyst to accelerate the process. No-bake sand casting at Alumalloy tends to produce a nice, smoother surface finish than comparable sand molds.

PERMANENT MOLD

Our permanent mold department utilizes self-contained, static pour operating devices and hall tilt pour casters. We have the ability to pour castings from 1 to 200-pounds, and in 8 different alloys.

Low-Pressure Casting

Our low-pressure permanent mold (LPPM) capacity allows us to minimize the amount of disturbances when filling the mold, resulting in better mechanics and a more consistent result.

High-Volume, Eco-Friendly Sand Molding

Alumalloy’s high-volume sand molding is not only one of the most energy efficient methods of metal casting, it’s also one of the most inexpensive for our clients. Our equipment allows us to turn around high volumes of metal casting in relatively tight timeframes.
